This messaging service (the "Celebration Line") is operated by a private individual host to collect photos and well-wishes for a private family celebration. This policy explains what we collect when you text or call the line and how we handle it.
No mobile information, including your phone number and your text-messaging opt-in consent, will be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This is never done.
We use your mobile information solely to operate the Celebration Line messaging service. We may share it only with subcontractors that help us deliver the service, specifically our messaging provider Twilio and our storage provider Supabase, strictly to provide the service and never for their own marketing. All text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any other sharing and will not be shared with any third parties.
What we collect: your mobile phone number and the content you send, meaning your message text, any photo you attach, and any voicemail you leave. We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment information.
Message frequency: messaging is reply-based. You receive one confirmation message in response to each photo or message you send. We do not send recurring, scheduled, or promotional messages, and we never message anyone who has not texted the line first.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Your message, photos, and voicemails are saved as a keepsake for the guest of honor, and photos may be shown on a private slideshow at the event. We send you one automated confirmation text in reply so you know it was received. That is the only use.
